无奈中的温馨，一场特别的旅程An unexpected warmth within a difficult journey
故事的灵感来自我的舅舅和他的女儿。生活的压力让一趟长途货运显得疲惫而无奈，但在孩子眼里，它也可以是一次和父亲共同经历的特别旅程。我希望保留这种并不轻松、却依然有温度的关系：困难没有消失，人却能在其中为彼此留下一点亲近。
The story was inspired by my uncle and his daughter. A long delivery journey can feel exhausting and unavoidable under the pressure of earning a living, yet to a child it can also become a special adventure with her father. I wanted to preserve that uneasy warmth: hardship remains, but people still find moments of closeness within it.
我的参与 / My involvement
我担任导演、编剧和剪辑，从亲人的真实生活发展故事，并将蓝色货车、公路与短暂的停靠组织成一段父女共同经历的旅程。
I directed, wrote and edited the film, drawing on my relatives’ lives and shaping the blue truck, roads and brief stops into a journey shared by father and daughter.
故事大纲
Synopsis
疫情突如其来的管控让司机老吴手足无措。这时，他突然接到一单限时长途送货的活。因为报酬丰厚，老吴接下了这单生意，带上女儿一同上路。这段风尘仆仆的路途，成了女儿一场特别的旅程。
Sudden pandemic restrictions leave truck driver Lao Wu at a loss. When a well-paid, time-sensitive long-distance delivery comes in, he accepts and takes his daughter along. The tiring journey becomes something special for her.
从生活走进故事
From life into the film
舅舅离婚后独自带着表妹生活，长途货运让父女平时很少有时间相伴。疫情管控打断收入，生活开销和学费却仍需承担。一次次随车送货，反而给了表妹更多与父亲待在一起的时间。蓝色卡车、货厢里的吊床、夜灯和汽油味，成为我希望留下的童年细节。
My uncle raised my cousin alone after his divorce. Long-haul deliveries left little time together. Pandemic restrictions interrupted his income, while living costs and school fees continued. Travelling with him gave my cousin rare companionship. The blue truck, a hammock in the cargo bay, a night light and the smell of petrol became the childhood details I wanted to preserve.

蓝色货车里的童年
人们常说艺术源于生活，我对此深有同感。我的舅舅是一名卡车司机，离婚后独自带着表妹生活。疫情期间，舅舅居住的小区实施管控，期限未知，他暂时失去了收入来源。但家里的伙食开销与表妹的学费并没有因此停下。他不能停止工作，于是开车驶出小区围栏，继续送货。
舅舅常常长途运货，表妹很早便学会自己做饭、独自上学。平日里，父女二人相伴的时间很少，只有舅舅带她一起跑货运时，他们才能长时间待在一起。有时，他会在货厢绑上吊床，车子停靠路边时，表妹就躺在吊床上休息。
每个人关于童年与父亲的记忆都不相同。对表妹而言，那些记忆大抵会带着蓝色卡车、昏暗夜灯、纵横交错的公路、摇晃的吊床，还有挥之不去的汽油味。这些并不是通常意义上的旅行风景，却构成了她与父亲共同拥有的一段生活。
疫情带来了许多不便，不断变化的条件影响着生活的方方面面。舅舅的工作注定要在路上奔波，但对表妹而言，这段艰难岁月也意外带来了更多和父亲相处的时光。我不想把生计的压力写成浪漫，而是想留下无奈中的温馨：大人不得不走的一段路，也可能成为孩子心里一次特别的旅程。
因此，我希望记录这些平凡而细碎的小事。货车不是奇观，停靠也不是高潮，但一盏灯、一顿饭和一个可以休息的吊床，能够让一段生活被记住。让这些画面成为属于我们这个时代的注脚，是我拍摄《A Special Trip》的初衷。
A childhood in a blue truck
People often say that art comes from life. For me, this film makes that connection personal. My uncle is a truck driver who raised my cousin alone after his divorce. During the pandemic, restrictions of uncertain duration cut off his income, but food costs and school fees continued. Unable to stop working, he drove beyond the compound’s barriers to continue making deliveries.
Long-distance work often kept them apart. My cousin learned to cook and go to school on her own at an early age. Travelling with him was one of the few ways they could spend sustained time together. Sometimes he tied a hammock in the cargo bay, where she could rest while the truck was parked by the road.
Everyone remembers childhood and their father differently. My cousin’s memories may carry a blue truck, dim light, intersecting roads, a swaying hammock and the lingering smell of petrol. These are not conventional holiday images, but they form a life she shared with her father.
The pandemic made daily life harder and less predictable. Yet for my cousin, those difficult months also brought more time with her father. I do not want to romanticise financial pressure. I want to preserve the warmth that can exist within it: a journey an adult must make can become something extraordinary to a child.
That is why I wanted to record these ordinary details. A light, a meal and somewhere to rest can hold the memory of a life. Preserving those images as small records of our time was my starting point for A Special Trip.
